pretty sure that the report indicates the calls are not being recorded; the originating number, the receiveing number, the time and duration are recorded. External addressing info, not content. A lot like that Carnivore (DCS-1000) program was described as collecting e-mail addressing information but not content.

You are right about the content of the calls. The lawyers will want to know about what calls were made though. That will be enough.
